Pharrell Williams’ most recent album G I R L is set to drop any day now and the release features the song “Gust Of Wind”, a collaboration with the world renowned duo Daft Punk. This song has clear influences drawn from Daft Punk’s hit song “Get Lucky”. We must say that “Gust Of Wind” has some MAD grooves and we can’t stop listening to it! The song is available for pre-order separately from the rest of the album and there is also a preview for the entire album available on iTunes. Get down baby!

Here is a house infused mash-up entitled Escape Me Home by 3LAU. The mix features vocals by Bebe Rexha originally from Cash Cash’s track Take Me Home. Gettin’ Live with GRiZ (Free Download)

Michigan native, GRiZ, has been a mad man of late, feeding the EDM world the name GRiZ, with collaborations with Big Gigantic and Gramatik. This is the first solo work GRiZ has released since coming out with his free album ‘Mad Liberation’. In his latest work ‘Gettin’ Live’ Griz took samples from the ‘Django Unchained’ soundtrack, added a bit of guitar work from Muzzy, and sprinkled a little of his own electro-soul to create another nasty piece of work. This straight swanky. So, if you like what you hear, there will be more to come with a new album set to release early this summer!

Reigning from the good ‘ol midwest, this Chicago duo is one of the rare breeds.  The Hood Internet produce dope mashups that feature hip hop vocals, indie rock and EDM beats.  Composed of Aaron Brink aka ABX and Steve Reidell aka STV SLV (“Steeve Sleeve”), the multi-talented group brings us Justin Timberlake’s “Suit and Tie” with the greatness of Daft Punk’s “Commercial”. With some sick mashup skills, bay area DJ Wait What shows his meticulousness in this set list of chill famous beats mixed with the lyrical genius of Biggie. What do Kendrick Lamar, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ellie Goulding and The Lumineers all have in common? “Firefly”! This new track is the work of yet another genius of The White Panda. Producing dope mashups for a while now, the song features a sick complexion of the best of the artists mentioned above. The White Panda have mentioned this as part of the Firefly Music Festival’s tracks this summer, which will be set on the east coast in Delaware. All of the above mentioned artists will be featured at this festival from June 21-23!
